We are implementing the project OÜ OLGINA ARENDUS (2021–2027.6.01.24-0589), co-financed by the European Union in the amount of €273,754.40.
The goal of the project is to build a 390 m² banquet hall and mini-hotel on the second floor of the Mangal restaurant, and to establish parking spaces with an electric car charging station on the premises by the end of August 2026.
The launch of the Mangal hotel, where guests can enjoy delicious dining in the restaurant and charge their electric cars in the same building, will help attract tourists from outside the Ida-Virumaa region.
The special regional impact of the OÜ Olgina Arendus project is linked to the development plans of the Narva-Olgino airfield, which aims to become part of the cross-border network of small airports in the Baltic Sea region, offering year-round regular flights to Finnish airports. For an airfield of this level, it is crucial to have accommodation and catering services located close to the arrival area and aircraft storage facilities. For passengers and pilots, having dining options near the airfield is very convenient.
Mangal offers comfortable accommodation and high-quality food prepared in its own kitchen in various formats (business lunch, à la carte, catering).
The restaurant’s banquet hall will also serve as a convenient venue for business meetings, briefings, seminars, and conferences.
